The feeling you get when you help someone

Hi everyone,

Christmas is over and I am back to school.

I am scared to death for my upcoming surgery!!!!!  Sometimes I can't help it and I am not so brave as so many of you think.  It is hard for me to talk about it even though I know I should.  I have talked to my teacher and the kids in my classroom.  My class has all started praying for me. Mommy has me on the pray list at our church.  Those people really  know how to do it!

Many people say, well she has been thru so many surgeries and I should be a professional.  You know what the problem is?  I have been thru so many surgeries and I know what happens and that is why I am scared.  I need all the prayers I can get.  My Mommom and I always pray for God to wrap his big strong arms around me and let me feel his presence.

Today I found out about a little girl that also needs some prayers and help.  We have a little money since our next bucket donation isn't until Easter and we sent it to her.  She is the same age as me, she is blind and deaf and has many other issues.  We are helping to get her a suit that is only made in Sweden.  Some day we hope this suit allows her the ability to walk.

The nice person doing the fundraiser for this little girl sent me a note today and I want to share it with you.  I know some of you are my biggest supporters.

Dear Morgan,

I received your very generous donation today to help Tori Joy and her family.  Tori is 8 yrs old and this money will go towards a neuro feedback suit.  (this will help her muscle work better).  This suit is coming from Sweden!  It will be custom fitted for her and they will adjust the suit for her as she gets bigger.  Tori's mom and dad are hoping that this suit will help her to one day be able to walk.  I am attaching a letter that gives you some information on an organization that they are working with.  It also tells you a little about Tori and her family.

Morgan God has blessed you with the biggest heart ever!  As we know God makes us all special but you be dear are so much more than special.  You have more kindness in your heart than many grown-ups I know.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.  You truly are a remarkable young lady know my entire team of friends who are doing this little fund-raiser are also thankful.  May God bless you and keep you close always.
